But there's a big difference between old hand-me-downs from cousins and stuff you select yourself from a thrift shop. :)Elisabethhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/11347882946718756761noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-41923309957296035.post-14525084317047815892013-01-10T10:47:50.780-06:002013-01-10T10:47:50.780-06:00I already buy most of my clothes second-hand becau...I already buy most of my clothes second-hand because money IS an issue for us and because, frankly, I don't see the point of spending tons of money on NEW cute clothes when you can get lots of cute clothes for waaaay less money at second-hand places. I honestly don't remember the last time I bought myself something new; if I get truly NEW clothes it's as a gift. And I'm totally OK with that! I've been wearing second-hand and hand-me-down clothes my whole life, and some of my favorite things were once worn by someone else. It's all about stewardship, and buying/wearing second-hand clothes is one way I can help use our finances in the smartest way.Jaimiehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/15455011518336150451noreply@blogger.com
